Dr. Erkan Bil (Coordinator)

Dr. Erkan Bil, General Manager of Çanakkale Technology Development Zone, has extensive experience in project management. He has served on the boards of national and international organizations and has acted as a consultant for numerous domestic and international investments and projects. Since 2005, he has delivered many training sessions and conferences in the field of EU Financial Cooperation and Project Management. Between 2010 and 2014, he worked as an Independent External Evaluator at the Center for EU Education and Youth Programs of the Ministry for EU Affairs. He has published numerous research articles, especially in the areas of digital marketing, technological product development, international marketing, R&D, and innovation.

Derya Aydın (Researcher)

Derya Aydın received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University in 2020 and her master’s degree in International Business from the same university. She currently works at Çanakkale Technopark. Her research interests include digital marketing and consumer behavior.

Atif Çağlar Ababay (Researcher)

A. Çağlar Ababay completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration at Bilkent University and earned his master’s degree in International Business from Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, focusing on consumer behavior and video games. He is currently pursuing a PhD at the same institution and works as a Research Assistant in the Department of Production Management and Marketing. Formerly Strategy Director in the mobile gaming sector, he has developed expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, and consumer insights. His research explores the intersection of consumer behavior, artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and the video game industry.

Mert İnal (Project Manager)

Mert İnal received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sakarya University in 2017 and his master’s degree in Production Management and Marketing from the same university in 2019. He is currently a PhD candidate in the same field. Mert İnal works as a Research Assistant in the Department of Production Management and Marketing at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. His research focuses on digital marketing, consumer behavior, and social media marketing. He has published various research articles and book chapters on digital marketing, consumer behavior, social media marketing, e-commerce, content marketing, and sustainable marketing.

Murat Özkaya (Researcher)

Murat Özkaya received his bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Abant İzzet Baysal University in 2016 and his master’s degree in Mathematical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2018. He is currently a PhD candidate in Mathematical Engineering at ITU and works as a Research Assistant in the Department of Quantitative Business Methods at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University. His research interests include game theory, decision theory, and their applications.

Savaş Gürdal (Researcher)

Since 2020, Savaş Gürdal has been working as a lecturer at the Science and Technology Research and Application Center at Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University and as a Technology Transfer Specialist at Çanakkale Technopark. He earned his PhD in Chemical Engineering (Process and Reactor Design) from Istanbul University in 2021. During his graduate and doctoral studies, he served as a team leader in TÜBİTAK TEYDEB projects. In October 2018, he participated as a mentor in the TİM InoSuit Program. He is a team member in an Erasmus+ KA210 project and has conducted numerous qualified research studies in his field.

 
Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich

Prof. Dr. Zhuanghua Shi (Project Manager)

Prof. Dr. Zhuanghua Shi is the head of the Multisensory Perception Lab at the Chair of General and Experimental Psychology at LMU. He specializes in research on attention, perception, and action. His work focuses on how we integrate multisensory information and how context and probability influence learning and perceptual biases. He employs various methodologies including psychophysics, EEG, fMRI, and computational modeling. He is affiliated with the Graduate School of Systemic Neurosciences (GSN/LMU) and the Munich Neuroimaging Core Unit (NICUM).

Dr. Fredrik Allenmark

Dr. Fredrik Allenmark is a postdoctoral researcher at Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) in Munich with over eight years of experience. He is passionate about advancing interdisciplinary work between cognitive science and artificial intelligence. With a strong background in engineering physics, neuroscience, and biology, he holds numerous certifications in machine learning and programming. His research focuses on how the visual system processes information and interacts with cognitive functions such as attention, learning, and time perception. He uses diverse methods including eye tracking, brain imaging, computational modeling, and visual psychophysics. Dr. Allenmark has published in leading journals such as Journal of Vision and PLoS Computational Biology, and has presented at various international conferences and workshops.

Dr. Artyom Zinchenko

Dr. Artyom Zinchenko is a postdoctoral researcher in experimental psychology at Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) Munich. His research areas include cognitive control, emotional regulation, aging, visual attention, and EEG. Since 2016, he has worked as a postdoctoral fellow at LMU, conducting significant studies on the dynamics of cognitive and emotional control, learning contextual cues in visual search, and the influence of emotional states on cognitive processes. His publications cover a broad range of topics, including emotional modulation of contextual cueing in visual search, cognitive and emotional control in age-related hearing loss, and the effects of positive emotions on cognitive and emotional conflict processing. Dr. Zinchenko’s work has made important contributions to cognitive neuroscience and experimental psychology.
