Dr. Erkan Bil, General Manager of the Çanakkale Technology Development Zone, has an extensive background in project management. He has served as a board member in various national and international organizations and has acted as a consultant for numerous domestic and foreign investments and projects. Since 2005, he has delivered numerous trainings and conferences in the field of EU Financial Cooperation and Project Management. Between 2010 and 2014, he served as an Independent External Evaluator at the Center for EU Education and Youth Programs of the Ministry for EU Affairs. In addition, he has published numerous research articles on technology, entrepreneurship, and marketing, with a particular focus on digital marketing, technological product development, international marketing, R&D, and innovation.
